How to Enter
XP Gaming Hub is accessed off the Smith St mall via the Vic Arcade courtyard area. There will be a sign to follow which will take you up some stairs to the entrance. We are located upstairs next to The Array. Follow our guide below for detailed instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book?
We recommend booking as our 10-11 PCs can be in use. Walk-ins are welcome if space permits. Our rates and hours should provide rotation however we cannot guarantee there will always be a PC free so booking ahead is highly recommended. Bookings must be before 5PM, any after will be considered a walk-in.
What do I bring?
Just yourself! We provide gaming PCs, peripherals, and a comfortable environment. If you have a console, you can simply bring this and plug into one of our TV or monitors. You can bring your own peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset) if you prefer. At your own risk of course.
Can I extend time?
Yes! Additional time can be added at $10 per hour, subject to station availability.
Age restrictions?
XP Gaming Hub is currently 12+ unless there is consent by a parent. All staff on site have their 'Working With Children' Ochre card clearance.
I am feeling sick or am unwell, can I still come in?
No, sorry, and this is to respect staff and others that are in the room also. If you are unwell and have or are experiencing flu like symptoms, it is not safe as the rooms are small. We will respectfully need to decline entry or ask you to leave should we suspect you are unwell.

XP Gaming Hub is located in a safe, quiet and secure space which is located off the Smith St Mall - Vic Arcade Courtyard area. Enter the courtyard, and take the stairs to the right then our space will be on the left at the top of the stairs.

Depending on what time you arrive, the black gate may be locked. You must then contact the number listed on the poster to be let in.
